Gap analysis

- Initial GAP analysis – This step consists of initial assessment of the company’s current status to identify potential gaps and compliance issues.
- Determining the company’s current level of compliance (according to a referent scheme or standard) – After the initial analysis, the extent to which the company complies with relevant standards or schemes is evaluated.
- Preparation of a detailed analysis report – A detailed report is prepared to present the results of the GAP analysis, including identified gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Creation of an action plan – Based on the report, an action plan is developed, defining the necessary steps for alignment and business improvement.
- Proposal of improvement measures – In this step, concrete measures and activities are proposed to enable the company to achieve full compliance with the standards.
- Final GAP analysis – After the improvement measures are implemented, a final analysis is conducted to confirm that all requirements are met and compliance is achieved.
