- Risk analysis – A detailed risk assessment within the company to identify potential threats to compliance and system sustainability.
- Proposal of system improvement measures – At this stage, concrete measures are proposed to help the company improve its operations and achieve compliance with the relevant standards.
- System implementation – After identifying the necessary measures, the system is implemented to ensure that the company fully complies with the standard requirements.
- Assistance in creating policies, procedures, and aligning with existing documentation – Support is provided in creating and adjusting internal policies and procedures, as well as aligning existing documents with new standards.
