Implementation of Sedex SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, RSCI, RBA, PSCI WRAP, ISO 26001 requirements through:

• Assessment of the company's current status / pre-audit –This step involves an initial assessment of the company’s current staus to identify potential issues and system deficiencies.

• Preparation of a report focused on "weaknes" – The report provides a detailed overview of the key areas where the company's system does not meet the standard requirements, with emphasis on areas that need improvement.

• Risk analysis – A detailed risk assessment within the company to identify potential threats to compliance and system sustainability.

• Proposal of system improvement measures – At this stage, concrete measures are proposed to help the company improve its operations and achieve compliance with the relevant standards.

• System implementation – After identifying the necessary measures, the system is implemented to ensure that the company fully complies with the standard requirements.

• Assistance in creating policies, procedures, and aligning with existing documentation – Support is provided in creating and adjusting internal policies and procedures, as well as aligning existing documents with new standards.

• Internal review and management review – At this stage, top management conducts an internal review to ensure that all processes are aligned and that the system operates according to the requirements.

• Audit simulation (optional) – This step involves an audit simulation to prepare the company for an official compliance audit.

• System maintenance – System maintenance includes continuous monitoring and improvement to ensure long-term compliance with the standards.
